Torque3D compatible collada export option

The Torque3D game engine uses collada format, but it needs the models in the format of Z-axis up and facing the positive Y-axis, so it would be cool if this can be added, this would help people using Torque3D a lot.

The point was that making it face the postive Y-Axis did not exist as export option.
The solution could be either a button that automatically does Z up and making it face the positive Y axis or add the option to make it face the positive Y axis and add a hint to select Z up and face positive Y for Torque.

The question is what is achievable with a (currently very) limited amount of developers? So initially I had the reflex to reject and hint to use Blender import/export for correction. But we already have similar options and extending the code for the proposed case should not be so hard. That's why I was thinking to add some hints to the options for common 3D programs, too. I set the target version to 1.1.2, but please don't ask me when this will be released.

Export otions for collada are:
Y up, face Z
Y up, face X
Z up, face -Y
Z up, face X
But what Torque needs is simply:
Z up, face Y
Thats all I ask for. It is more a convenience thing, since you can rotate the model in blender later, the problem is just that, if you try to rotate a rigged model it gets a little more difficult and weird things can happen.
