MakeWalk - Load and Retarget fails after FBX import from MakeHuman

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create T pose human with the CMU skeleton and export as an .fbx file
2. Import into Blend 2.77a
3. Using MakeWalk apply a .bvh file from the CMU collection.
4. Observe that Human flexes 90 degrees at the waist which is sustained for all
